Because on ongoing financial considerations, we regret to say that we have made the decision to close the Flag of Honor Fund.
Know that during its time, The Fund never paid any salaries or overhead. Every dollar that The Flag of Honor Fund took in went towards creating and donating the canvases to the next of kin of each victim. We are proud that during the past 10 years we have donated over 350 Family Edition Flag of Honor canvases to the families of 9/11 victims. We wish we could have reached our goal of providing one to every family.
